Tangerang – Kapolresta Tangerang Kombes Pol Baktiar Joko Mujiono S.I.K., M.M. didampingi Kabid Propam Polda Banten Kombes Pol Murwoto beserta Ombudsman RI melakukan peninjauan dan investigasi langsung terkait pagar misterius yang membentang sepanjang 30,16 kilometer di perairan Tangerang.
Kegiatan ini juga dihadiri oleh Plt. Direktur Perencanaan Ruang Laut, Direktur Pengawasan Sumber Daya Perikanan, pihak Kementrian Koordinator Bidang Perekonomian RI, Kepala Kantor Perwakilan Banten Ombudsman RI, Anggota Ombudsman RI, Kepala Dinas Kelautan dan Perikanan Provinsi Banten, Direktur Penanganan Sengketa Pertanahan Kementrian ATR/BPN, Kepala Dinas Perikanan Kabupaten Tangerang, Kepala Loka Sumber Daya Pesisir dan Laut, PJU Polresta Tangerang dan Kapolsek Kronjo.
Peninjauan dilakukan menggunakan kapal dari Sat Polairud Polresta Tangerang sekaligus melakukan patroli perairan rutin di wilayah hukum Polresta Tangerang.
Anggota Ombudsman RI Yeka Hendra Fatika mengatakan pemagaran laut di pesisir Tangerang berpotensi maladministrasi sehingga Ombudsman juga melakukan investigasi terkait pengurukan sungai dan meminta kasus ini dapat diselesaikan dengan cepat.
Sementara itu, Direktur Pengawasan Sumber Daya Perikanan, Drs. Halid K Jusuf menyampaikan bahwa Dirjen PSDKP KKP RI telah melakukan penyegelan terhadap aktivitas pemagaran dan akan menunggu sampai 20 hari kedepan apabila tidak ada yang bertanggung jawab maka akan dilakukan pembongkaran.
“Kami masih menunggu sampai saat ini belum ada yang mengaku sebagai pemilik pagar laut tersebut. Terkait masalah ini butuh koordinasi antar kementrian, mengingat pembongkaran juga akan menggunakan teknis dan akan dikoordinasikan dengan dinas terkait dalam waktu dekat,” ungkapnya.
Sebelumnya, pagar laut misterius ditemukan di perairan Tangerang, Banten. Pagar tersebut memiliki panjang 30,16 kilometer. Tentunya, Polresta Tangerang siap untuk selalu berkoordinasi dengan pihak terkait untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut.
Sementara itu, Kapolresta Tangerang Kombes Pol Baktiar Joko Mujiono juga menghimbau agar apabila masyarakat mengetahui atau melihat hal hal yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan yang terjadi dilingkungan masyarakat untuk dapat segera melaporkan kepada pihak yang berwajib.(***)
